New Fee Schedule!

Hello!
I posted the new Fee schedule.
It is in Pesos.
They are using $1 = 42 Pesos as a conversion rate.

    Is it possible to re-post the original fee schedule in dollars? I'm trying to pay from Canada through PayPal and I can't remember the original amount.
